Synaxarist does not collect, sell, analyze, or share user data with its developer or any third party.
The extension stores the church name, optional parish links, service schedules, and preferences that a user enters in Chrome’s synchronized extension storage. Chrome may synchronize that data between browsers signed in to the same Chrome account, subject to Google’s own privacy policies. The developer does not receive or access this data. Calendar data is bundled with the extension.
Synaxarist does not use analytics, advertising identifiers, tracking pixels, remote code, or a developer-operated server.
Optional notification permission is requested only when the user enables reminders or sends a test notification. Notification content is generated locally. Optional alarm permission is used only to schedule local reminders and daily toolbar-badge updates.
Links configured by the user open their chosen external websites. Those websites have their own privacy practices; Synaxarist does not send user data to them.
Users can remove synchronized extension data by uninstalling the extension or clearing its stored settings in Chrome. Questions about this policy may be raised through the project’s GitHub repository.
